7. Video Capturing, Sharing & Social media

By using the 360 Booth you and your guests are agreeing to their video being captured.

Adults/parents/guardians are responsible for their children at all times and by your child entering/using the Booth we view this as permission being given/granted for them to have their video taken. If an adult/parent/guardian does not want their child's video to be sent to be shared to the online gallery, used on social media etc, they must make a 360 Team Member aware at the time. They can also write to use after an event via email if they wish for any video content to be removed.

Any video content captured/taken at your event is available to you and your guests to keep, share and use as you wish.

After a 360 video is captured we share the content via a QR code, Airdrop (for iOS devices), SMS, email or Whatsapp.

All 360 video content is automatically saved to an online gallery. After your event, we will send you the online gallery from your event which will contain all the captured video content.

We require a Wifi connection for fast and efficient sharing. We recommended it has a minimum upload speed of 7 Mbps (megabits per second) or higher. When you have low upload speeds sharing will be delayed.

The Only Way is 360 may use any video content captured at your event on social media channels and/or the website. It is your responsibility to make your guests aware that the video content may be used on social media. If you do not want you/your guest's content to be used, please contact us directly via email to make us aware:
